The central wavelength is the mid-point between the wavelengths at half-maximum; see Poole et al. (2008) and Breeveld et al. (2011) for more details.

The images above show the bandpasses for the UVOT filters and grisms. For the grism, the anchor point is approximately equivalent to the position on the detector in the UV image; the nominal value is ~1000, 1000.
