Glossary: Allow Bayesian bins

By default the number of source counts and the error thereon are calculated using frequentist stats, i.e. S=T-B (Source, Total and Background respectively). If Bayesian bins are allowed then you can set a threshold in terms of total counts per bin or signal-to-noise ratio (=S/σ_S) below which the Bayesian method of Kraft, Burrows & Nousek (1991) is employed.
